AUTOTRASPORTO: PUBBLICATO IL CALENDARIO DEI DIVIETI DI CIRCOLAZIONE PER I MEZZI PESANTI PER L’ANNO 2025

La Prefettura di Ravenna, con decreto prefettizio 4853/2024 – qui sotto allegato - ha stabilito le limitazioni alla circolazione stradale fuori dai centri abitati nei giorni festivi e particolari dell’anno 2025, in conformità con quanto previsto dal Decreto del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e dei Trasporti n. 314 del 12 dicembre 2025, in corso di pubblicazione sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale.

Si tratta delle limitazioni alla circolazione relative ai veicoli adibiti al trasporto di cose superiori alle 7,5 tonnellate indipendentemente dalle merci trasportate e, per i trasporti di materie pericolose ai sensi dell’ADR delle classi 1 (Materie e oggetti esplosivi) e 7 (Materiali radioattivi), con ogni tipo di veicolo anche se inferiore alle 7,5 tonnellate.

Rimane concessa, in deroga al divieto, la circolazione dei veicoli adibiti al trasporto di prodotti alimentari deperibili che devono essere trasportati in regime ATP, deroga attiva anche se tali veicoli circolano scarichi.

Si segnala che altre deroghe sono indicate nel decreto, in particolare all’articolo 8, mentre all’articolo 12 sono indicate alcune deroghe per il trasporto di merci pericolose ai sensi dell’ADR relativamente alle classi 1 e 7.

Rispetto a quelli del 2024, per il 2025 i giorni di divieto sono due in più: 78 invece di 76.

Altra piccola novità è relativa a quanto disposto Art. 7 (Categorie dei veicoli esentati dal divieto) al comma 4 lettera c): ora per i veicoli che compiono il percorso per il rientro alle sedi, principale o secondaria, dell’impresa intestataria degli stessi, da documentare con l’esibizione del certificato di iscrizione alla Camera di commercio, industria ed artigianato, nonché per il rientro alla residenza o domicilio del conducente, purché tali veicoli non si trovino ad una distanza superiore a 80 km dalle medesime sedi o residenze al momento dell’inizio del divieto e non percorrano tratti autostradali, per l’anno 2024 la distanza era di 50 km.

ATTENZIONE – I veicoli che trasportano merci pericolose in regime ADR della Classe 1 (materie ed oggetti esplosivi) e Classe 7 (materiali radioattivi) hanno ulteriori periodi di divieto e non potranno viaggiare nel periodo dal 18/05/2024 al 01/09/2024 dalle ore 8.00 del sabato alle ore 24.00 della successiva domenica indipendentemente dalla massa dei veicoli (anche se inferiori alle 7,5 tonnellate) se non rientrano nelle deroghe indicate all’articolo 12.
